Rental Arrears
Our computerised management system runs on a direct debit process wherever possible from the tenants account. If and when arrears issues arise both tenants and landlords are contacted immediately. Careful monitoring and personal contact is then put in place to make sure that every effort is made to correct the situation.
Landlord Payments and Issues
Bowman Morse Real Estate are always looking at new technology to offer a more efficient service. Our landlords have a choice of being paid by electronic transfer and statements are sent monthly by either email or standard mail. Payments of any council rates, water, levies and all other outgoings are recorded on monthly and end of financial year statements to make it easy for your accountant to lodge your tax return. We are also able to provide suggestions on other issues including Landlord Insurance. Bowman Morse Real Estate is accredited with the Real Estate Institute of South Australia.
Quarterly Rountine Inspections

We conduct quarterly inspections of your investment supplying you with a written report detailing the way the property is being maintained by the tenant and any maintenance and repair issues.
